Challenge

One of Crimtech’s major challenges was a lack of sales functionality required to manage thier pre-RFQ business development activity and managing these activities on an Excel spreadsheet. This resulted in missed sales oppourtunities and has a negative impact on resource and financial forecasting. Crimtech was also experiencing a disconnect between the RFQ Access Database and a CRM which was causing some organizational issues and made executing marketing and lead generation programs difficult.


Solution

We wanted to give Crimtech a 360 degree view of their customers. We implemented EnerStart and the SalesCloud to achieve this and much more. A business process review will help create consistency and alignment throughout the company. A full cleanse of Crimtech’s data will help us introduce a central CRM database that will provide them with a reliable system for Crimtech. With the introduction of a cost-effective CRM into their business processes we were able to help Crimtech build the foundation of their digital marketing system.


SalesCloud & CustomCloud

POIM used EnerStart and the SalesCloud to provide Crimtech with detailed and organized Contacts, Accounts, Oppourtunities and Leads from their existing data. This information was also integrated with SalesForce Mobile to provide Crimtech with an effective and consistent tool to manage their marketing and sales activities.


Results

By implementing EnerStart, we were able to provide Crimtech with a powerful tool to manage business development activity, and they were able to capture more high quality leads and accounts. We optimized their existing data to make it easier for Crimtech to segment their marketing campaigns more efficiently. We built Crimtech a master database of clean account and contact records in a single CRM system so Crimtech can better promote their engineering and fabrication services.
