Ener-Spray is a family-owned business that started in 2001. Currently Ener-Spray’s management team has over 85 years of combined construction and building envelope expertise. They work closely with government officials to develop some of the most up to date codes for insulation in the local construction industry. They provide solutions to insulation and fireproofing problems.
Ener-Spray was experiencing a change in consumer buying habits and a slower economy. As a result, Ener-Spray was unable to engage the customer early in the buying process, preventing them from establishing value of their products. As well, reduced demand forced them to increase rates to maintain and grow revenue.
Ener-Spray required a CRM system that will help them organize existing account and prospective customer data. Through the implementation of a Salesforce.com CRM system Ener-Spray’s data will be collected and merged from their existing systems into one central database. With the introduction of a cost-effective CRM, Ener-Spray will be able to focus more on the sales process to help them retain and gain customers.

POIM used EnerStart and the SalesCloud to provide Ener-Spray with detailed and organized Contacts, Accounts, Oppourtunities and Leads from their existing data. This information was also integrated with SalesForce Mobile to provide Ener-Spray with an effective and consistent tool to manage their marketing and sales activities.
By implementing EnerStart and EnerStart services, POIM was able to build a CRM that will improve conversation rates of new customers, build a list of prospective high value customers within the CRM and join marketing and sales efforts. Ener-Spray now has improved marketing programs, improved customer acquisition and improves sales and lower cost of customer acquisition.
