Global Innovative Campus is a Canadian business operating since 2004 for educational and training services within the engineering, industrial, and project management fields. The company was initiated and supported by more than 25 years of staff experience in education and training. GIC succeeds using state-of-the-art technology in training, a fine collection of highly qualified instructors and is backed up by many success stories. GIC offers a collection of fine training programs, as well as customizable training programs specifically suited to the organization’s needs.


Challenge

As a corporate training company, many of GIC’s processes involve extensive documentation including training booklets, brochures, newsletters and much more. One of the challenges that GIC faced was an effective way to manage is documentation and courses. As well, GIC does not currently have a database from which to rely on or a functionality to manage their various and extensive courses.

SalesCloud & CustomCloud

POIM used EnerStart and the SalesCloud to provide GIC with detailed and organized Contacts, Accounts, Oppourtunities and Leads from their existing data. This information was also integrated with SalesForce Mobile to provide GIC with an effective and consistent tool to manage their marketing and sales activities.


Results

By implementing EnerStart and EnerStart services, POIM was able to help GIC manage the lifecycle relationship cycle in their company through the installation of a central database. GIC now has a solution that allows them to manage their catalog of courses, course request management and course scheduling within the CRM. POIM was able to provide GIC with human resource solutions, course management tools, student profile management tools and an efficient marketing suite for newsletters, communications and Google Analytics.
