The main challenge presented with Innovator was a lack of sales functionality, mostly due to operations that were being organized and run on Excel and Outlook. There was also the absence of a central database which resulted in messy and disorganized contacts and accounts. These factors prevented Innovator from efficiently and accurately preparing their sales forecasts.


By implementing the EnerStart suite of services we will be able to provide Innovator with a cost-effective CRM that they can use to better manage their complex relationships. By using their existing data and cleansing and optimizing it for we can make their contacts and accounts clean and easy to access. Innovator would also benefit from a business process review to provide alignment and consistency to their operations.

SalesCloud & CustomCloud

POIM used EnerStart and the SalesCloud to provide Innovator with detailed and organized Contacts, Accounts, Oppourtunities and Leads from their existing data. This information was also integrated with SalesForce Mobile to provide Innovator with an effective and consistent tool to manage their marketing and sales activities.


Using EnerStart, we were able to migrate Innovator’s data from Maximizer, Outlook and other sources into They are now able to effectively manage important sales activities and oppourtunities with their existing customer and prospect accounts. Quote requests can now be managed right inside of with ease and efficiency. Innovator now has a central database that is optimized and clean so they can manage and monitor their important sales and marketing processes.
