XSENSOR managed their sales and marketing tools in MS Excel which was time consuming and was interfering with selling time. A lack of data structure within the sales department makes it difficult to measure the customer’s presales experience, leading to an inconsistent customer experience. As well, there is no formal process to manage competition leads which leaves a negative impact on margins.
In order to get XSENSOR’s CRM up and running smoothly, a central master database must be created and optimized for use within a CRM. As well, this database will be configured with existing email and mobile devices so that XSENSOR can begin using their CRM right away with no delays. As well, POIM will map the existing and desired sales processes and will design the CRM to reflect these processes.

POIM used EnerStart and the SalesCloud to provide XSENSOR with detailed and organized Contacts, Accounts, Oppourtunities and Leads from their existing data. This information was also integrated with SalesForce Mobile to provide XSENSOR with an effective and consistent tool to manage their marketing and sales activities.
POIM was able to implement a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system that will allow XSENSOR to centralize customer and perspective customer account and contact data into a master database that is shared between sales, marketing and operations. This has improved communication between sales, marketing and customers resulting in higher close rates, increased revenue and improved profit margins.
